We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are a family business, so if a unit falls short, that is on us, and we make it right the same day.

I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.

How much lead time do I need for a weekend event?

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Reserve earlier for holiday weekends.

What is the maintenance schedule?

Every rental comes with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can add a second weekly visit.

What happens during the weekly maintenance visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and sanitize the interior, refill paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

Are ADA-compliant restrooms available?

Yes. Our ADA-compliant restrooms feature step-free entry, an oversized door, grab bars, and space to maneuver a wheelchair.

How does a long-term rental work?

We assign a regular weekly maintenance day and keep the unit at your site until you call for removal.
